pedana4d Terms and Conditions

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and expressions carry the meanings stated, unless the context requires a different interpretation:

• "pedana4d" refers to the online gambling platform operating under international licensing at the website https://pedana4d.app.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any individual who has registered an account and uses the services of pedana4d.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by a user on the pedana4d platform.

• Register in your own name and not on behalf of another person.

pedana4d reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time to verify user eligibility, including a copy of the identity card (MyKad) or equivalent document.

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the pedana4d platform. Registering more than one account is prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of existing balances.

During registration, users are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including:

• Full name as stated on MyKad.
• An active mobile number registered in your own name.
• A valid and accessible email address.
• A strong and unique password for your pedana4d account.

Users are fully responsible for all activities that occur under their account. Any recommendation not to share login credentials with others must be observed. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately via live chat or email.

pedana4d accepts deposits via the following local payment methods:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• DuitNow
• Online banking via FPX (including major Malaysian banks)
• Boost
• ShopeePay
• Cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH)

The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is RM50. pedana4d does not charge any additional fees on deposits. However, payment service providers may impose separate charges in accordance with their own policies.

All deposits must be made solely by the registered user using an account or e-wallet registered in their own name. Deposits from third parties will not be accepted and will be returned. If identity verification is required, users must cooperate fully.

The minimum amount for each withdrawal is RM50. Withdrawal requests that meet the requirements are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours after the request is submitted and verified.

To ensure withdrawals are processed smoothly, users must ensure:

• Bank account or e-wallet details provided are accurate and current.
• All identity verification requirements have been completed.
• There are no signs of fraudulent activity or term violations associated with the account.
• Any wagering requirements related to bonuses have been fully met.

pedana4d reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal requests for investigation purposes if there is suspicion of suspicious activity or violation of terms. pedana4d's decision in this matter is final.

pedana4d offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each bonus is subject to specific conditions as set out. The pedana4d Welcome Bonus gives 200% of your first deposit, up to a maximum of RM1,000.

General conditions that apply to all pedana4d bonuses:

• The wagering requirement is 20 times the total bonus amount received.
• Each user is only eligible to claim the Welcome Bonus once.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to other users or exchanged directly for cash.
• pedana4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system will result in cancellation of the bonus and possibly account closure.

Users of the pedana4d platform are required to observe the standards of conduct that have been set. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in serious disciplinary action:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's identity.
• Transferring funds or balances between different user accounts.
• Using automated software, bots, or any tools designed to exploit games.
• Collaborating or conspiring with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering through this platform.
• Providing false information during registration or the verification process.
• Exploiting technical errors or bugs in the system to gain unauthorised advantages.

If pedana4d confirms that any of the above activities have occurred, we reserve the right to void all related bets and transactions, forfeit all winnings and balances, and permanently close the accounts involved.

pedana4d reserves the right to suspend or close any user account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any terms and conditions stated in this document.
• A request from the user to voluntarily close their account.
• Legal compliance requirements or instructions from relevant authorities.
• Account inactivity over an extended period in accordance with pedana4d's internal policy.
• Security reasons, including suspicion of unauthorised access.

Users who wish to close their own account for any reason, including responsible gambling reasons, may contact our support team via live chat or email. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within a reasonable period and pedana4d will take the appropriate steps to support that decision.

pedana4d operates under an international licence and provides its services on an "as is" basis. While we strive to keep the platform running without interruption, we cannot guarantee that the service will always be free from errors or technical disruptions.

pedana4d will not be liable for:

• Financial losses incurred by users as a result of betting activity.
• Service disruptions caused by factors outside our control, including internet failures or third-party infrastructure issues.

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform.

pedana4d's aggregate liability to any user at any time is limited to the total amount deposited by that user within the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

pedana4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without direct prior notice to users. Changes will take effect immediately upon being published on this page.

It is the user's responsibility to check this Terms and Conditions page periodically to ensure they remain in compliance with the latest version. The most recent update date will always be displayed at the top of this document.

Continued use of the pedana4d platform after any changes are published constitutes full acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, you should stop using the platform and close your account.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pedana4d holds its licence. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms shall be resolved through the following procedure:

• First Stage: The user should contact pedana4d's customer support team to attempt a resolution through negotiation within a reasonable period.
• Second Stage: If a negotiated resolution fails, the dispute may be referred to a dispute resolution body recognised by pedana4d's licence holder.
• Final Decision: The decision reached through the designated dispute resolution mechanism is final and binding on both parties.

If any provision in these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or in conflict with applicable law, that provision will be deemed modified to the extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. All other provisions that are not affected will continue in full force and effect.
